All hires much be Booked and paid for up front and are now subject to our new refunds and cancellation policies outlined below.
If you outside our delivery zone there will be a delivery charge you will be required to pay this before your hire commences an invoice will be sent out via zero for payment.
When paying invoices for Around A Bounce Bouncy Castle hire Ltd please use your name and invoice number when making payments.
Around A Bounce Bouncy Castle Hire has the right to cancel any hires at any time.
What happens after we book our bouncy castle ?.
One of our team will give you a call 24 hours before the hire to let you know when we'll be there to set up your castle. If you don't hear from us by 7 pm the day before the hire, please call us, but NOT before this time.
If you ring on the day 1 - 2 hours before your event because you haven't heard from us we will not be able to get a castle to you.
On the day of your hire, you'll get a text message to advise you when we are on our way. Please keep your phone handy.

Our delivery drivers have limited time to set up your castle!
On the day of the hire, please ensure there's a clear path to the location where the castle will be inflated. This includes moving cars, outdoor furniture, wheelie bins, kid's toys etc.
If you have pets, please make sure you clean your section before we get there. If not completed your hire could be cancelled.
Please keep dogs inside.
Do not mow your lawn the day before or the day of the hire, so the grass doesn't end up in the castles.
When the bouncy castles have been set up you are not to turn them off unless there is high winds, the bouncy castle must be inflated on pick up once you see the inflatable go down this is when you can unplug our cable.
There is a $75 charge if you turn them off.
Bouncy castles that are set up on concrete or inside will incur an extra Hire charge.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY - AROUND A BOUNCE
Thank you for choosing Around A Bounce Bouncy Castle Hire Limited. We appreciate your business and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:
- Full Payment at the Time of Booking: All hires must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund of the
amount paid.
- Cancellations made from 14 days to 7 days before the scheduled hire will receive a refund
of 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled hire are non-
- Changes and Rescheduling: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least two weeks
in advance if you need to make changes to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Cancelling a rescheduled booking Will be subject to no refund.
- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us via email
or phone. Our team will assist you accordingly.
Please understand that when you book a bouncy castle with us, we reserve that castle and allocate our staff's time to accommodate your event. Cancellation fees help us manage our resources and cover the costs associated with processing bookings.

Around-A-Bounce Bouncy Castle Hire Limited maintains the right to cancel any hire at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Around-A-Bounce Bouncy Castle Hire Limited, clients will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, unless our team has arrived at the event and subsequently needs to cancel due to safety concerns or unsuitability of the property. In such cases, the full payment will still be required.
Please note: If you pay via Afterpay, no refunds will be issued.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Please be advised of our policy regarding adverse weather conditions during the hire period. If rain is expected on the day of hire, one of our team members will promptly contact you via phone or text in the morning to discuss an appropriate plan.
In the event of rain occurring halfway through your hire, regrettably, no refunds can be provided. We kindly request that you refrain from turning off the bouncy castle at any point to avoid incurring a cleaning fee.
During light rain conditions that are expected to clear, our castles will still be available for hire. However, please note that set up times may be adjusted to accommodate later parties.
In case of heavy rain or adverse weather that poses safety risks, your hire will be canceled in consideration of Health & Safety standards. If a deposit has been paid, refunds will be duly processed.
Please understand that Around A Bounce Bouncy Castle Hire Limited reserves the right to cancel any hire if safety concerns arise.
Cleaning / Repair Fees
Bouncy castle or any other hire equipment is found in an unsatisfactory condition during the pickup process, such as being wet from a sprinkler, muddy, or soiled with party debris, a cleaning fee will be applicable.
The cleaning fee commences from $150, while for the Mega Slide, it is $300. We kindly request all cleaning fees to be settled at the time of pick up.
Additionally, in the event of any damage or rip observed in the bouncy castle upon return due to misuse, the hirer will be responsible for covering the repair fee, replacement cost for the castle, or any loss of income incurred.
